Today I embark on a new journey and it will be a major turning point of my life. The future of the people who rely on me will be greatly affected by the outcome of this quest. The odds are fairly difficult but I shall not falter. I will face my demons with pride and valor. My aptitude will be tested and I must perform beyond my capacity. In solitude I shall conquer my weaknesses, fears and doubts. I will not let anything suppress me. I am who I am! I am a victor! I am Osirus Whiz…
He who conquers others is strong, But he who conquers himself is the greatest victor.

A rant about filipinos
This is how it all began:
Here's a "rational" answer:
Here's a very diplomatic and reasonable response: (all hail!)
Save the best for last:
What more can I say?

Call Centers
There are lots of misconceptions about call centers and the people working in call centers. Most people think that working in a call center is not a good career option... Some students would not opt to work in a call center after graduation because they think that call centers are for individuals who are not competitive enough in their field, and, call centers do not have clear avenues for career development...
Sigh...
It takes first hand experience to really know what happens in the call center industry...
I am now working in the field of IT/Networking and I believe that we cannot judge an industry if we do not have enough knowledge/experience in a field.
First and foremost not all call centers are alike... some call centers do not have the same standard as others do... probably one of the reasons why call centers are gaining the "last option" cliche is because of low standard call centers where industry rejects usually fall. Second, international call centers transact globally providing world class training to its employees, and lastly, call centers provide competetive compensation packages as compared to other companies/field.
Ask me... I have more than a hundred reason why...

Invictus! Vae Victus!
INVICTUS
William Ernest Henley; 1849-1903
Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the Pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.
In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.
Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds, and shall find me, unafraid.
It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate;
I am the captain of my soul.
